Refund Policy
At Extra Gorgeous Blooms, we take pride in our flowers and want you to be happy with your order.
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order due to damage, quality concerns, or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with a photo of the issue.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement arrangement, or
- A partial or full refund, at our discretion
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Recipient unavailability
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
-Natural variations in flower colour, size or bloom stage.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
